Stall bookings will be confirmed when you have paid for your stall.
A receipt of payment will follow within 2 weeks of payment where possible – please note, the booking process is run by volunteers who do not check the bank account every day, so please be patient! For urgent enquiries, email shevingtonfete@outlook.com
Your stall number and directions/times for parking etc will be sent via email 1 week before the fete. Please note, there are no vehicles allowed on the field but we have some hardstanding space for trailers etc. Please email shevingtonfete@outlook.com if you would like to discuss your vehicle booking.
Please note, we reserve the right to cancel your stall booking if we have not received payment within 7 days of receiving your application , or if we feel your stall type is not suitable for the fete/is duplicated too many times across the site.
