Shevington Fete – Stall Application Form

All stall holders, contractors and performers must send proof of their public liability insurance to shevingtonfete@outlook.com at time of booking. Or, if the insurance expires by the event date, an updated version before the event takes place. 

Please contact the organisation you represent to acquire this. Food traders must also display proof of Wigan Council licensing. Can you verify possession of these documents? 

Stall Fees: please read carefully

Please select your stall type below. Organisers will be in touch if an amendment in your fee needs to be made.

Electric can be supplied outdoors for food traders only – please specify below if you need this. Indoor stalls will have access to electricity if needed.

Charity/community group stalls are charged at a discounted rate. 

Indoor tables are 6ft long and will be provided. Outdoor tables and gazebos are not provided.

Please pay for your stall now: your stall booking will be confirmed as soon as possible upon payment.

Electricity supply – FOOD TRADERS ONLY

Do you require free access to an outdoor electricity supply? We have reserved some outdoor sockets for outdoor food traders.
If you require a power supply, please bring a 50m extension cable per 13 amp socket required.  
We will be responsible for bundling and covering the cables. 
NO GENERATORS.  

Terms & Conditions

Your payment will be receipted as soon as possible.  

Other details, including allotted set-up time, venue and/or pitch number will be confirmed in the days before the event.  

Only pre-booked and pre-paid attractions will be allowed on the site.  

Payments not received by 1st June will result in cancellation of stall booking.  

The committee reserves the right to refuse your application in special circumstances, eg repetition of type of product/activity.  

Stalls will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis so please return forms as soon as possible. 

Stall cancellations cannot be refunded after 1st June. 

In the event of further government Covid-19 restrictions, we may have to cancel Shevington Fete. Stall fees will be refunded in this case. Due to social distancing, indoor stalls may be limited.
